I you would like to register online please click the online vendor registration and mail your vendor fees to: Fringe @ the River, Vendor, 174 Allison Rd, Chester, WV 26034. Set up fee: Outside fee is $15 and you must bring your own table, chairs and canopy Inside space is full, if we receive a check for inside space, I will call to verify you still want to attend and have a refund available for you the day of the event.
Food Vendors: $25 Electric Only, Water is not available. Please fill out registration and exclude raffle donation. Food Vendors are limited
All fee's are asked to be paid by registration deadline June 15th
8 ft tables and electric are on a first come first serve basis, electric is limited. Please note if you need electric on your registration form.
Set up time: 8:30-9:30 am only. Absolutely No Breakdown before 3:00 pm
Requesting a donation of craft/vendor item to be used for our auction table.
Vendors will be notified if they are a duplicate vendor. We will take care to limit vendor types to one on a first come first serve basis.
